You are not charged when you pick dates. You'll see an itemised total — nightly rate, cleaning and taxes — and you only pay once you confirm at the payment step.

There is a cleaning fee and, on most stays, Dubai tourism fees. Both are itemised in your quote before you pay rather than added at the last step, so the total you see is the total you are charged.

Check-in and check-out times are listed on each home, and access details are sent before you arrive. Our own team handles the handover — there is no lockbox scavenger hunt and no third party in between.

Yes. Short-term rentals are licensed by Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism, and guests are expected to respect building rules on noise, visitors and shared facilities. Anything specific to a home is listed on its page.

What if something goes wrong during my stay?

Tell us on WhatsApp. Maintenance and cleaning are our own team rather than a subcontractor, so in most cases we can have someone at the property the same day.
