Great location between the beach and the marina mall.
There were a couple of things that needed fixing but the host was very responsive and got it fixed quickly, we are grateful for that. Short term rentals can have issues, is the nature of the business and having a responsive host makes a real difference.
The only heads up I can give to prospective renters is the limited closet space. There is no closet in the second room and the one in the master is small. They have a hanger and a chest of drawers in the living room that helps but they are in the living room…
It’s a great place to stay, there are two supermarkets within 10 meters, a pharmacy and a barber shop in the ground floor. Access to the promenade from the building.Guest

trotzdem sehr toller Aufenthalt, uns hat es super gefallen — Sehr moderne, saubere und schöne Unterkunft, tolle Raumaufteilung, sehr nette Unterstützung über Whatsapp, sehr zu empfehlen, feiner beheizter Allgemeinpool mit Liegen , Schirmen und Sitzgelegenheiten, Tiefgaragenplatz vorhanden, sehr schöner Balkon — Less liked: - nacht‘s sehr laut, da es direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße liegt
- für uns persönlich zu wenig Teller und Gläser vorhanden, da könnte man etwas nachrüsten
- auch die Balkonmöbel am kleinen Balkon müsste man austauschen, da diese defekt waren
- bitte achtet bei der Übergabe darauf, dass die Zutrittskarten vorhanden sind, denn diese werden für die Tiefgarage, den Pool, das Gym benötigt - leider hatten wir den gesamten Aufenthalt keine, da diese von den Vormietern mitgenommen wurden - und so mussten wir immer hoffen, dass gerade jemand da ist um uns zu öffnen, das war sehr ärgerlichLisa Marie

Нас встретил дружелюбный хозяин, все показал. Квартира красивая, просторная, как на фото. Два шикарных балкона. В квартире есть все необходимое. Удобное расположение. В доме есть аптека, а рядом круглосуточный магазин.Guest
